League of Legends: Tristana Abilities Explained
Draw a Bead (Passive): For every level-up, Tristana LOL increases her attack range by 8. She also gains a 136 bonus range at level 18.
Rapid Fire: This is a simple ability that increases Tristana’s attack speed.
Combine this ability with items that give you a critical hit chance to take advantage of the increased attack speed.
Rocket Jump: Use this ability to launch Tristana League of Legends towards the target location. Deals damage and slows the units around her.
The cooldown on this spell resets when you get a kill, assist, or detonate your 3rd spell, Explosive Charge, at maximum stacks. You can use this ability to either escape or engage.
Explosive Charge: There is both a passive and an active element to this ability. Whenever Tristana kills an enemy, she deals bonus magic damage to units around that enemy; this is the passive ability.
Tristana League of Legends throws a bomb at an enemy or a turret that deals damage both to the target and the enemy units around them. Damage dealt is increased by your critical hit chance and also every time you attack the target with a maximum of 4 stacks.
At 4 stacks, the ability explodes and also resets your Rocket Jump cooldown.
Buster Shot: This is Tristana’s ultimate ability. Fire a massive cannonball that damages and knocks the enemy back.
Since Tristana LoL has a naturally long-range attack, you can use this ability to increase the distance between you and the target and still be able to hit them.

League of Legends: Tristana Combos Explained
Rocket Jump (W) > Explosive Charge (E) > Rapid Fire (Q) > Auto Attack > Rocket Jump (W)
Start by engaging with your W, then use E on the enemy. Activate Q and start auto-attacking. Once your explosive charge detonates, the cooldown on your W resets. Use it to disengage or escape.
Explosive Charge (E) > Rocket Jump (W) > Rapid Fire (Q) > Auto Attack > Rocket Jump (W)
Similar to the previous combo, however, you start with E. Use this combo when you’re unsure if there’s an enemy waiting to bait you. Because if you start a combo with Rocket Jump, you won’t have an escape ability, and you will be forced to use your flash.
Explosive Charge (E) > Rapid Fire (Q) > Auto Attack
Use this in your laning phase to harass the enemy. This will also deal damage to units around them.
In all of these Tristana combos, you can include your ultimate either at the end to finish off the target or anywhere in between to increase the distance between you two or displace the target in general.
